Guiding Continuum of Care Leadership and Rapid Decisions

The Executive Committee supports the operations and leadership of the Sacramento Continuum of Care (CoC) by carrying out responsibilities delegated to the officers of the CoC Board. This includes calling and organizing meetings of the CoC and CoC Board and taking urgent action when full Board meetings cannot be scheduled in time. Any decisions made in these situations are referred to the full Board for review and ratification. 

The Executive Committee also plays a key role in sustaining CoC governance by recommending committee chairs or co-chairs for Board approval and supporting the planning and coordination of CoC-wide activities.
