Sacramento Community Standards

California state funding to prevent and end homelessness.

This work isn’t meant to be done alone.

Frontline service providers often work in isolation, navigating a complex system with limited real-time support. Many miss out on valuable resources simply because there’s no central space to share them.

Are you looking for practical tools to help your clients today? Do you want to know what’s coming next in the local homelessness response? Would connecting with other frontline workers help you feel supported in your role?

A place for connection and growth.

At Sacramento Steps Forward, we host the Frontline Learning Collaborative (FLC) as a monthly in-person space for providers to learn from one another and stay connected to what’s happening across the system. We share updates from local partners, highlight new tools and programs, and create space for frontline voices to shape the conversation.

FLC meetings are guided by what providers want to know—what’s changing, what’s working, and how to better serve clients together.

Our team helps connect the dots, but the insights come from you.
