They will share how developing relationships with clinicians assists them with documenting disability, resulting in stronger applications. You will learn how to enroll in SSA’s Electronic Records Express (ERE) and other ways to use technology to streamline medical records collection and submission to SSA and DDS. The SOAR TA Center will share tools and resources for obtaining supportive medical documentation from their local medical community.
