What is the CAN Team Operations RFP?
The Coordinated Access Navigators (CAN) Team Request for Proposal (RFP) is a funding opportunity administered by Sacramento Steps Forward to strengthen the region’s homelessness response system. The CAN Team is designed to streamline access to shelter and services, provide mobile outreach, and deliver short-term case management and emergency motel stays for families in crisis.
