HMIS data is scanned for common data errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, then generates a Flags Report.
Providers receive regular Flags Reports highlighting potential issues in their program’s data.
Providers can review and resolve issues, give feedback on the report, and request help or technical assistance.
The goal of the pilot is to refine the tool before wider rollout and make sure it truly supports providers in their day-to-day work.
